About the Providers

Tara is a licensed acupuncturist in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Tara received her Master’s of Acupuncture at the Won Institute of Graduate Studies in Glenside, PA. She received her National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 2014.

Tara is trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine specializing in orthopedics and pain management with a certification in Sports Medicine Acupuncture. While treating multiple conditions, Tara focuses on posture and functional movement while encompassing on all aspects of healing including emotional, mental and physical health. She works comprehensively with her patients to optimize healing.

Tara Vega Castro has clinical experience treating a variety of heath conditions including respiratory, digestive, insomnia, stress management, anxiety, depression, addiction therapy, fertility and women’s health, migraines and auto-immune disorders.
